The surface underneath me was floating - identically like the fragments of ice pictured in my mind a moment ago - in what seemed to be nothingness. I think I should refer to this nothingness as Aether, as I could not see it, touch it, nor enter it in any way, even though the seemingly solid ground that I was standing on was apparently floating randomly as if there were waves in this 'Aether'. I could sense strong accelerations of a rocking motion. I found it hard even to walk straight on the unstable ground. Since then I have become almost numb to the sensation, but I think you as a newcomer can still sense it out there on the road. Anyway. This is the realm that I have been in ever since.
At first I saw nothing but darkness, but I kept on walking and as time passed I began to distinguish things floating in the void around me. These things - or shapes - seemed familiar to me in every sense that I can give the word. Some of them reminded me of atoms and molecules. Others were more like planets and galaxies. Everything was awkwardly scaled. Some of the things reminiscent of atoms were greater in size than others that I perceived as galaxies. After these objects had first started appearing, there was no end to their number. I stood puzzled and watched as these things flew by me every now and then. Not very often, though, since there seemed to be a great distance separating one object from another. I tried to catch some of these things, but they passed through my hands and could penetrate into the surrounding void, where I somehow knew I couldn't follow them. I seemed to be strangely confined to this road that I had put myself on. Or had I put myself on it? Have you put yourself here? Has anyone? Haha. Anyone. Yes. I will try to make sense.
I walked a distance. This took an undefined period of time. I am not sure how long a time it was. But long it was. At the end, I was aware that I had to have walked a full cycle around the construction and that I had to have come to the starting point again - except that I was not at the starting point but at a rather different place. I had entered this café for the first time. I was surprised to see these surroundings that, as you can observe, differ greatly from what you find out there. This black marble floor is not spinning or rocking. These round tables are steady so that you can place your coffee cup on one of them and enjoy drinking it while you watch through those gigantic windows as the million shapes of atoms and other cosmic figures fly by through the impenetrable Aether. 'A rather pleasant place', I thought to myself. Don't you agree? I think you do.
At first I thought I was alone and I served myself a cup of black coffee out of the vending machine. But when I was just about to take the first sip, I heard a welcoming voice nearby: 'Hello, we have been expecting you - for a while, actually.'
I saw a stranger, about 6 feet tall, holding a great cup of tea. I was told to sit down on one of the high-design coffee house chairs. And so I did indeed. I found out that I definitely wasn't the only one in this mysterious café. 'Hello, stranger!', said a friendly looking chap who was wearing one of those hats that English gentlemen wear. 'Did you know that it is possible for us to dream eternally?' 'Dream eternally?', I expressed my confusion. 'You see, the universe as it is now - is in a contracting stage. These are the last few fractions of a moment in our existence.' 'Last few fractions of a moment?', was the second part of my confusion. 'Yes', he replied as if he knew everything. Perhaps he did. I could not tell. He nodded determinedly. 'Last few fractions of a moment in our existence, but not in our dreams.'
As I stood there, I noticed that one of these other people seemed somehow familiar. He reminded me of some past life of mine, but I couldn't quite grasp the idea of who he was. He was drinking coffee instead of tea, which the others seemed to prefer. I decided to go and chat with this one. These people could dream eternally even though the time of their existence was limited. I wondered what they meant by that. I asked this friendly looking person the question and the answer was a shocking one. Somehow they cast me up and forced me to observe the pitifulness of my life from some deeper dimension. I had the wildest visions.
Deeper Dimensions were the key
To things I had not seen
It may seem random
But it is Gravitation and Time
Together with Vibrations in Aether
And Duality of Light
The Nature of Time is subjective
In the Sense that a second could
Last forever
After a while of glancing around
It all began to gain meaning
I went through diffraction in the lattice
PER FENESTRAM FVMOSAM
CERNEBAM CONSTRVCTIONES
ANTEA OBSCVRAS
NVNC CLARAS
INFRA DESPERANS ALIQVIS FUGIEBAT
OCVLOS MEOS PETEBAT EVADERE
SED NON POTERAT LATERE
AT ILLE FVGIENS ERAM EGO?
Out of the winds of heated vapour a Window appeared
I began to comprehend
Structures before so obscure
Now having been focused
A desperate Being below me was running for its Life
I saw it trying to escape my stare
But it could not hide
Now was that me?
Like swarming insects they stung me
And grabbed me
They lifted me up
And dragged me to unseen heights
Boiling Gravitation was swirling and spinning around
Thus I was shown the Components of Time
Overlapped infinite times
There was too much for me to grasp
I cannot struggle against the Flow
Of such a subjective Substance
The Glue that had held things together
Fell apart
